Each individual may hold only one registered account on lukpub. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

In accordance with our international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, lukpub requires all players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. lukpub may request additional documentation at its discretion.
lukpub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and Debit Card. All transactions on lukpub are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lukpub does not accept deposits made with funds belonging to a third party.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. lukpub reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. Funds must, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method from which the original deposit was made. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not negotiable. Processing times for withdrawals vary by method but lukpub targets processing within five business days of a verified withdrawal request.
lukpub may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-imposed limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be decreased below the current limit for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

Any player who initiates a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or payment provider without first contacting lukpub support will have their account suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, lukpub reserves the right to recover the disputed amount together with any associated administrative costs and to terminate the account permanently.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by lukpub are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game lists, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the Bonus page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the Bonus page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; any uncompleted bonus will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
lukpub takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, lukpub reserves the right to confiscate any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player following any applicable investigation period.
You may close your lukpub account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your account. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied or the bonus forfeited before closure is finalised.

Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the core terms of service — lukpub will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory instruction — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lukpub holds its international gaming license.
Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to lukpub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems necessary to protect its rights or interests.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving the original intent of the parties to the extent possible.
